		<description>There were 2 reasons: one, the milk would make the tea not as hot (I don't know how the heat diffusion equation works here - maybe it won't make a difference and would be perfect temp on waking), and two, the milk might go bad if sitting in warm tea (I don't know if this is true).

The baked bread is a good idea - the smell of fresh baked bread to wake up to in the morning ...</description>

		<description>If you wanted to spend some money to tackle this, there are machines that will brew coffee and bake bread at a predetermined time, I am not sure about tea.

Why not just put the milk in the hot thermos to begin with?  This way you don't have to deal with two thermoses to clean up.</description>
